To be published in the Keene Sentinel

This is the local rag in Keene, where the Cheshire Kangaroo Court is housed. I wonder when this "court" will lose its lease and have to find a run-down shanty to run its kangaroo operations from... not soon enough in my opinion. Anyway, here's the article (the third such news piece to be published in the Sentinel since litigation began):

A judicial misconduct grievance has been filed against Marital Master David S. Forrest and Judge John P. Arnold of the Cheshire Superior Court today. "Master" Forrest has been charged with egregiously desecrating the rights of a litigant in his courtroom and for other offenses regarding abuse of power, willful failure to adhere to the law and rendering the judiciary little more than a laughing stock.

One of the most egregious offenses committed by "Master" Forrest is having rendered countless orders in a marital case to uphold the property rights of the [male] respondent. Facing a 2 1/2 years of perjurious claims by the [female] petitioner in the matter, the "court" finally gave in and rewarded her for perjury and fraud, rendering the "orders" of the court completely meaningless, and defecating upon the rights of the litigant its "orders" were originally meant to protect.

What ramifications does this have for litigants in this court? It means that if you stick it out, keep lying and committing fraud, the "court" will eventually give in and reward you for your hard work. It renders the "orders" of this court meaningless; there's obviously no need to follow a single order of this court because in the end you'll be rewarded for belligerent defiance of what's supposed to be "law." There is in fact no law, and there is no justice; the judiciary in this county is relegated to being little more than a laughing stock joke.
