An affidavit, signed under oath (allegedly - interestingly, it was signed on January 3, but notarized on January 4), in defense of her ex lawyer, admitting to committing contempt of court. I wonder if a signed admission of guilt is enough to get a Massachusetts court's attention. We shall soon find out.
6. I, Kerri A. McKinnon told Cynthia P. Gilman, Esq. that our son would not be going on any [Court ordered] visitations.
7. Cynthia P. Gilman [...] informed me that I could be in jeopardy of losing custody if I chose to ignore the Court orders.
Duped by her own lawyer into signing an affidavit admitting to a flagrant act of contempt... nice!
