More discussions about Parental Alienation

Anybody who alienates a child from a parent is a sociopathic child abuser, plain and simple. My ex seems to derive some sort of pleasure from alienating my son from his father. When the courts are corrupt, with judges taking kickbacks from lawyers for feeding acrimonious cases into the courts, for lawyers and "guardians" who defraud children out of parents, and with "judges" whose pockets are sufficiently padded to turn a blind eye to "contempt", the entire system is bereft of all "honor." The only ones suffering are children, whose "best interests" are, by law what are to be served from top to bottom in the "family courts." Litigants in other states should start following those in New Hampshire who are pushing to have several judges impeached for the wanton and malicious abuse of children.

We have been dealing with PAS for the last 7 years but only really knew what it was 3 years ago when I started searching for help for my husband. His oldest is now 18 & we believe for now she is lost to us. The younger is 14, and my husband is determined to fight.. but I worry that like her sister, the damage may be done.. 7 years is a long time.. Sadly, without money & a court system that helps fathers... it's going to be an uphill climb..

I don't think you're looking for a court system that helps fathers so much as you're looking for one that actually does the job their state mandates them to do, and "act in the best interest of the child[ren]." Unfortunately, family courts that follow the law, don't accept perjury and fabrications as "evidence" and that give a good god damn about the rights of the CHILDREN they've been mandated to protect, simply do not exist. The family court system is the biggest sham going, your tax dollars are funding it, and a plethora of children are being abused by the courts and their "parents" (a term to be used lightly when dealing with PAS) as a result.
